Doug Cohen, Owner of Douglas Properties, has been in the real estate business since 1986. Throughout the years he began to realize that his expertise was in providing elegant finishes to homes that most other contractors were not even considering in their projects.
With that in mind, Douglas Properties was born in 1998 with the goal of providing outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Over the years Douglas Properties has built dozens of luxury homes and several mid-rise condominium buildings in the central corridor of St. Louis. Each project is unique & stands out from all others in the market place. Doug currently lives with his wife Esther, son Ethan and daughter Noa in Richmond Heights.
